The "Remote Texture Exploration“ app displays surface textures using the TPad Phone, which can retrieve the texture from a texture database or from remote smartphones. Vibration and audio feedback are included to enrich the user experience. New texture models are created using live recordings from the smartphone sensors (IMU, camera, microphone).

Imagining you are using your mobile device to browse the Internet for new furniture, home decorations or clothes and there is an application that allows the users to remotely enjoy the look and feel of the products by interacting with the device. The impact of such technology could be enormous, especially for E-Commerce which is getting more popular nowadays.

FLOW CHART
The flow chart tells you the initial flow of the application. It is easier to do the rapid changes and testing with the flow chart and mockup. The final workflow was decided after several rounds of testing.
